I really don't think there are any FREE buff services. I must say though, BNN is pretty good. I have been with them for a little while and also dispatch for them, I have no complaints. Now IPN is another one that I dispatch for, like 2-3 yrs now. There are only 3-4 dispatchers out here and I hate there constent "traffic advisories" that really sucks -- way to many B.S. Mva's. But none the less it's free for me -- so I have no problems.
BNN is a good thing -- I would try them first before anyone else !!!
There is always the "Melville Buff Page" -- we have about 40-50 peopel on the system, it's private and you [glow=red,2,300]WILL NOT[/glow] get every single call. It all depends on the dispatcher, some buff them out -- some don't -- but hey what do you want FOR FREE !!!!!! If you want to get in on it -- you need a nextel (maybe some others I'm not 100% sure) PM me -- and I tell you this. [glow=red,2,300]WE DO NOT ACCEPT EVERYONE [/glow]and we reserve the right to [glow=red,2,300]KICK YOU OFF [/glow]!!!!!

I think there actually should be a paid/free buff service (depending if u dispatch for them) specifically for Nassau & Suffolk, where you can just about guarantee 99.9% not missing major calls by having the efficient manpower for the job......

IPN is pretty good, Just about all FDNY jobs, Nassau is getting great coverage now and suffolk is not to bad. If you signup to dispatch for them and keep up with it you will not be charged for the service. IPN --NYK141

How is nysing these days? I remember it used to be somewhat good. Either the messages were delayed or not reported. Couldnt complain for something free but for being enrolled in a service, you would want the incidents as they happen; at least I would think so. If we could get the members of this board to set up a group using optonline or something, I think it would be a great start. You wouldnt need to charge, just input email addresses so when a message is sent to the designated email addy, its fowarded via email or text message to our phones. We post a lot of shit on here fire and mva wise, would be nice to know about the incidents when the hit the board. Unfortunately, you wont know whats going on unless you login to this site.
Just food for thought....
