Looking for a few radio vendors for our dept.
Which vendors do you use and how is their service?

We've used Ed's, NorComm, and MayDay. We currently use MayDay for all our gear. Put our Quantars online through MayDay, along with some other stuff. They have done a stellar job with us for the last 5 years.

FF414, I should have been more specific. It really depends on your department's requirement(s). If you simply need to purchase equipment, or if you're looking for installs, base station/repeater gear,etc... To make a lengty explanation short, ALL Nassau/Suffolk shops are essentially fine to deal with (I'm talking about well known names, not some guy who used to work for XXX, etc...)... Each one seems to have their specific forte as we've had dealings with almost all over the last 15 years. If you still require some direction on this, feel free to PM me.
