Right now, they are both dispatched on 46.10/46.20. Have heard rumor that E. Rockaway plans to go to high-band; don't know about Woodmere.

woodmore does have UHF tac non repeated freqs for fireground, and east rockaway used to have a uhf x-band to low band, but i dont know the freqs. go to fcc.gov and search for them. i dont see freeport going uhf anytime soon, they seem happy on 155.100

Freeport already uses UHF 460.362 pl 167.9 it's a XBand of VHF good signal around nassau area. I believe that they are using 453.325 pl 136.5 witch is the NCFG channel for there F/G.
