Sound Beach responded to a brush fire at the end of St James Dr on the cliffs at 0101 hours. 1st arriving units found a 300 foot across burn area with a 4' high head going towards the homes. Fire started at the bottom of the cliff about 150' down and also involved a bulk head. Approx. 800 feet of 3" supply line was laid and numerous handlines were in operation both at the bottom and top of the cliff. Portacafs was used to mop up the area. Rocky Point responded with 1 engine Miller Place covered Sound Beach
