Heard a few depts say Mutual Aid to NCPD for sig 9's lately.
This something new?

Do they do it for reponse time stats, losap?
I hear 650 do it w/depts they dispatch.

nothing to do with times, it's so when the news listen to the radio and hear it they no that the NCPD doesn't have a ambulance available and the Vol. Fire Depts are backing them up

When the guys at work hear them say "Mutual aid to NCPD" we get a chuckle out of it. You have to admit it's weird "mutual aiding" someone in your own district. But if that is what makes them happy..................

I thought I remember someone saying it was a "dig" at the NCPD or more of a joke. I didn't think there was anything serious behind it.
