Dear Friends,
We are asking you to look over the letter and petition below.
Please sign the petition and have everyone you know including neighbors, co-workers, members of organizations you belong to or any American who wants to acknowledge the sacrifices made by the 9/11/01 FIRST RESPONDERS who are very ill as a result of their heroic efforts on our behalf.
I ask that you do this with passion and return it to us by Oct. 15th, so we can forward it to our elected officials in the hopes that something positive will come from it.
We thank you in advance for your help and also ask that you pray for our son and brother, Brian, who is suffering from cancer as a result of his work at Ground Zero.
Sincerely,
The McCauley Family
P.S. Please forward this via our email attachments to everyone in your address book.
Thanks again. We can make a difference!
Petition: Please sign & mail to the above address.

Dear Honorable Mayor Michael Bloomberg:
We, the undersigned implore you to help the heroes of September 11, 2001, who are fighting for their lives as a result of illnesses, injuries, etc. resulting from their work at Ground Zero on and after the days, weeks, months, following the terrorist attacks in New York City.
Currently, they have not received one cent of the money in a fund set aside for their medical/financial difficulties resulting from their heroic actions during the crisis our country experienced as a result of the attacks in New York City on September 11, 2001.
These heroes have sacrificed their health, future, lives for every American citizen. As of the present time it is a disgrace that their plight is being ignored and they are left to suffer medical and financial hardships without any help from anyone.
In particular, First Responder Hero, Brian McCauley, currently fighting the battle of his life is in desperate need of immediate help. Attached to this petition is a letter of explanation regarding his plight.
Please respond in a positive way to this petition which is being respectfully submitted to you by Americans who care and want these heroes to be given what is rightfully theirs.
Thank you.
