Batt Chief Billy Goldfedder's site. It's outstanding !! A former Long Islander (Manhasset-Lakeville FD) turned BC of Loveland-Symmes, Ohio FD. Gives a great lecture at both FDIC in Indy and Firehouse Expo in Baltimore. If you go I Highly suggest you try to get into his audience. Arrive Early !!

Just got an email. Chief Goldfedder will be @ the buff show this weekend. Look for him and his trademark mustache walking around.

the RIT article seems a little far off to have 3 set RIT.......definatly a good idea but does that seem pratical? and also if i wsan't mistaken didn't it say to activate a RIT before you got on scene? what if your dept doesn't have one do you just start 24'ing in departments for bullsh** calls?
how many departments have 3 set RITs at a 35?

Sometimes less is more. Sometimes the best answers are short and to the point. Loo, that was the best answer I've seen on here in while...
